Comfort Inn & Suites Lees Summit - Kansas City

This hotel was perfect. The room was totally clean. That is important. Nice tv options at no cost. Bed was clean with lots of pillows. White sheets. No smoker smell. Hot water, microwave, small fridge, wonderful a/c, nice rate, friendly helpful staff, coffee with coffee maker for the am & more. An iron for clothes. It had everything. And a nice small free breakfast included. This hotel rocks!! Felt like 4 star...

I have frequented this hotel several times, going back and forth to IL. Good location. Not far from fast food, the highway, or the QT to fill up before heading out again. Fairly quiet, but not everyone is aware of their own noise. Comfortable beds and clean!

The bathroom cabinet was nice but the towels were in a aquared place. Over all the room was nice and quiet and beds were comfortable and clean. The check in and check out proces was easy and smooth. Breakfast wasn't bad. The pool was nice only problem was cool but just figured because it's still chilly out side. My mom and I came to KC to work and stayed five nights no major complaints. Will definitely stay here again it's in a nice location and just minutes away from all the major locations.

This was a great experience for me, probably one of the most memorable ones. I had called at about 10 am and asked if I could park my 26-footer at their property and was advised that there was parking behind the hotel. After a 14-hour trip, I was exhausted and could not wait until their check-in time. I was immediately checked in upon arrival and given a very clean room. The view was of the freeway outside, but that posed no issue for me. There is a shopping center right across from the hotel, which made everything convenient. The room could use a few touch-ups, but it was very clean with no smell at all. Breakfast here is very minimal with eggs/sausages, your regular cereals, bread, coffee, and orange/apple juice. This was a little disappointing, but I also understand that hotels are trying to cut costs. At least it was there. The front desk team here is awesome. I will definitely return for another stay.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Nice hot breakfast and clean pool. The only thing I have any complaint about is the mattress being too firm. However, this is probably only because I’m spoiled with our mattress at home. So not the fault of the hotels. I would stay here again in the future.

We had a quiet stay. The price was a bit high for the accommodations. The room needed some work, but I didn't call about it while I was in the room because I needed rest more than a replacement light bulb. The pool room needs a lot of work- we only swam for about 10 minutes because it didn't look clean. The staff was great, though. Especially the lady who was in charge of the breakfast area- she was nice and worked hard to keep things clean. It mostly just seems like an older hotel that could use some renovation, but the staff is good.

Wonderful team managing this hotel. The room was clean, and they had no trouble with the fact that we needed to bring my dog with us. The beds were very comfortable. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
